Tracking Updates

When tracking is available, shipment information is sent using the contact details entered at checkout. It can take time for a carrier to show movement after receiving shipment information.

Delivery Concerns

If tracking remains unchanged for an unusual period or a package seems missing, email service@roviqel.com with your order number. We will review the shipment details available to us.
